What You Will Need:
1 Lbs. Ground Pork
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
2 Cans of Crescent Rolls (I like Pilsbury the best)
1 Package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Water
Lettuce, Sour Cream, Queso, and Salso for Toppings
Let's Make it:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground pork until fully cooked and checked with a meat thermometer (160 degrees Fahrenheit).
3. Add 1/2 cup water and Taco Seasoning to your meat. Then mix in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
4. Lay out your crescent dough in a ring formation on a pizza pan so that the pointed edges point out like a sun.
5. Evenly spoon your meat mixture onto the thick end of the crescent ring. Top with some more shredded cheese.
6. Fold the point edges of your ring so they fold over the meat mixture and cheese.
7. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes then serve with your toppings!
